K3 Law is a growing boutique corporate law firm focused on providing legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales and investment transactions involving mid-market corporate clients (£2m - £50m typical deal values). The business is led by corporate lawyers with over 40 years combined corporate transactional experience gained within reputable top 50 commercial law firms. K3 Law is part of K3 Advisory Group, a leading private-equity backed advisory professional services group specialising in advising mid-market corporate clients across the UK.
The K3 Law team works closely with several well-known M&A / corporate finance advisory businesses within the group advising sellers engaged in transactions, and acting for K3 Advisory Group on acquisitions, and other private-equity backed businesses on both acquisitions and investments.
