The role: We are considering candidates for this position in the UK. This role provides a hybrid work model, enabling a flexible combination of remote work and in‐person collaboration at our modern offices situated in Bristol. This is also suitable to someone fully remote, with occasional office visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit & Activate Partners: Help us find and attract the right partners – those who get the fashion tech world and can sell our solutions like pros. Craft compelling partner value props, messaging, and assets that make partners say "We want in!"
- Onboard & Enable Partners: Make sure new partners hit the ground running with onboarding kits, marketing tools, and ready‐to‐go campaigns. Run enablement sessions, partner workshops, and occasional in‐person events (yes, travel is part of the fun). Teach partners how to market, position, and co‐sell our products so we all win together.
- Co‐Sell & Drive Demand: Launch joint campaigns and co‐sell initiatives that actually generate leads and pipeline. Support partner‐led and partner‐assisted demand generation – because when our partners succeed, we all succeed.
- Collaborate & Influence: Be the go‐to marketing partner for our top priority partners. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to bring co‐sell and joint marketing motions to life.
- Measure, Learn, Repeat: Track partner engagement, campaign performance, and revenue impact. Continuously improve onboarding, enablement, and co‐sell programs based on real results.
You have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing. You know the Microsoft partner ecosystem or a similar channel‐led environment inside out. You are an execution machine – campaigns, programs, events, you run them all. You are a multitasking wizard, managing multiple partners across regions without breaking a sweat. Your communication and stakeholder skills are top‐notch. You can inspire partners and internal teams alike. Travel? Occasional regional and international trips for events and workshops (passport ready!).
You will be part of a team that is helping fashion brands around the world run better.
