This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of compelling content projects, from powerful interviews with clients and professionals to engaging campaign materials.

You will play a key role in bringing our mission and values to life through visual storytelling. At times, you may also work alongside external creative partners to deliver best-in-class results. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the company’s Digital Asset Management system, ensuring all visual content is well organised, accessible and up to date.

Demand for media content is high, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace and producing creative work that makes an impact. This position is aligned to our Bolton & Manchester offices, with time needed in both alongside working from home. Also required is the willingness and ability to travel within the UK for shoots and content gathering. Travel costs will be covered by K3 Advisory Group. A full driving licence and own form of transport is required.

  • Experience working independently as a self-shooter and collaborating effectively with brand and marketing stakeholders to complete projects.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced settings.
  • A genuine interest in people and their stories, with the confidence to build rapport and capture authentic moments.
  • Ability to create content for use across a range of channels, including internal communications, websites, social media and wider marketing campaigns.
