ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a forward-thinking and technically capable AI Marketing Operations Manager to build and support K3's AI-powered marketing operations capability within the Marketing Operations function at K3 Advisory Group.
You will help drive the AI and automation strategy across the marketing department - spanning prompt engineering, AI tooling governance, automation workflows, and scaled content and data operations.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and wider growth leadership, you will drive operational efficiency, accelerate delivery speed, and identify high-impact AI use cases that create measurable commercial advantage across K3's portfolio.

- Commercial - pipeline acceleration, lead quality improvements, revenue attribution & personalisation performance
- Functional Responsibilities
- You will own ICP modelling, persona development, behaviour modelling, lead scoring, intent scoring and opportunity scoring - building the intelligence that powers every downstream campaign.
- You will bring AI personalisation to life through dynamic content, dynamic journeys, dynamic sequencing, offer selection, message optimisation and next-best-action modelling.
- You will build and maintain the customer profile schema, working across audience segmentation, data enrichment, intent signals, behaviour signals and revenue signals.
- You will orchestrate journeys across email, SMS, paid media, website personalisation, sales enablement triggers and customer success triggers.
- You will own the AI personalisation programme end-to-end, from development requirements and roadmap through to the personalisation framework, audience intelligence model, revenue orchestration model and agentic workflow design.
- You will build and continuously optimise the customer profile schema, bringing together firmographic, contact, behavioural, financial and commercial data alongside intent signals.
- You will develop ICP models, buying committee models, sector propensity models, lookalike audiences and win propensity models to sharpen targeting across the business.
- You will design AI-driven orchestration systems where journeys never really end - each interaction shaping and improving what comes next through intelligent decision trees.
- You will build the logic behind AI-powered content decisioning, automating how email content, CTAs, offers, send timing and sequencing are selected based on ICP, behaviour, funnel stage, intent and engagement history.
- You will build intelligence models for lead, opportunity, expansion and churn scoring, giving the business a clear, predictive read on revenue.
- You will define the rules that govern the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) intelligence layer - audience creation, journey entry/exit, suppression logic, personalisation logic and sales triggers.
- You will build autonomous AI agents and workflows, including content agents, journey agents, ICP agents and sales agents, to scale delivery without scaling headcount.
- You will connect AI activity to commercial outcomes through an attribution and revenue intelligence layer, tracking segment, journey, content and revenue performance.
- You will lead and develop your team, setting clear objectives and driving strong performance.
- You will own governance, compliance and AI quality - building the frameworks for data governance, AI governance, prompt governance, personalisation rules, consent compliance and auditability.
- You will keep your finger on the pulse of the AI landscape, tracking the latest platform trends and advances and using them to continuously improve the sophistication of K3's marketing AI set-up and tooling.
