The HR Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless Talent Acquisition (TA) operations and supporting HR initiatives across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve coordinating interviews, supporting TA reporting and projects, managing internship programs, and representing the company at career fairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination and Scheduling: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones using Applicant Tracking System – ATS such as SAP SuccessFactors and other communication tools. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Operations Support: Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and generate regular reports for TA team performance. Assist recruiters and hiring managers with logistics, including interview materials, feedback tracking, and follow-up communication.
  • HR & TA Projects: Support employer branding initiatives such as employee welcome pack, LinkedIn content, recruitment marketing, and career page/website updates. Assist with process improvements, documentation, and compliance audits to ensure best practices in recruitment operations.
  • Event and Program Coordination: Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, and virtual hiring sessions to attract talent. Provide administrative support for internship programs and onboarding activities as needed.

  • Interpersonal Requirements: Committed to the delivery of high level of service excellence. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and deliver. Self-motivated, ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Skills Set And Qualifications Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment support, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
