Based in Buckingham, our client is looking for an individual to join their team in an apprenticeship opportunity as a Scientific Sales and Marketing Trainee. The company is offering a 30‑hour working week with 16 hours fully supported study, resulting in a BSc Degree in Life Sciences and Business Management. Ideally, you will be in the office working 30 hours, which can be flexibly worked to incorporate study. £18,000 per annum is offered.
Duties
- Learn how to make effective sales calls and drive business.
- Deal with incoming queries.
- Assist with maintaining social media and the company website.
- Create marketing campaigns, compile materials and design content.
- Attend exhibitions and conferences, preparing materials and research.
- Develop full product knowledge.
- Identify new suppliers.
- Conduct market research.
- Complete 16 hours of study per week.
Attributes
- An A-Level in Biology is essential for this position due to the nature of the work.
- A-Levels in Business Studies and Maths or English would be advantageous but are not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a fully funded degree where you will receive a Certificate of Higher Education, Diploma of Higher Education and a Bachelor/Honours Degree.
