A well established and growing company is looking for an Internal Sales and Parts Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role where the Internal Sales and Parts Administrator will support customers, process orders, and work closely with internal departments to ensure a high level of service. Based in Bicester this position is offering £26,000 per annum and will be 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Sales and Parts Administrator:
- Process customer sales orders received by phone, email and online with a high level of accuracy
- Assist customers with product information and invoice queries
- Handle pricing enquiries from dealers and customers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and stock availability
- Develop a strong understanding of products, policies and procedures
- Work closely with service, warranty, parts and other internal departments
- Manage filing, archiving and general administrative tasks
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence
- Support the wider team with additional duties when required
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Internal Sales and Parts Administrator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
