Based in Bicester, we are looking for a confident administrator to join a local company as a Safety Inspection Administrator. Supporting a busy team, you will be a key part of ensuring compliance within the company. Working hours will be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Duties of the Safety Inspection Administrator:
- Process orders with suppliers.
- Invoice customers.
- Schedule inspections.
- Maintain an up-to-date system, ensuring records are regularly updated as required.
- Manage and respond to email and telephone queries.
- Ad hoc administrative support as necessary.
Attributes:
- Strong admin skills, with previous experience in an admin position.
- Computer literate and confident on Microsoft Office.
