We are seeking a versatile Private Chef to join a close-knit team on a beautiful family‑run estate in Northamptonshire NN12. This isn’t just a "behind‑the‑stove" role; we are looking for a true team player who thrives in a busy, multi‑faced environment.
Responsibilities
- The role includes daily nutrition of the family, larger‑scale hospitality events, working hand‑in‑hand with the owners and housekeeper.
- Culinary variety: from hearty family meals to sophisticated shoot‑day breakfasts, lunches, three‑course meals, charity events and dinner parties.
- Collaborative planning: lead seasonal meal planning and menu development, utilising home‑grown vegetables, farm‑reared livestock and seasonal game.
- All‑hands‑on‑deck: assist with event set‑ups, general estate life, light outdoor duties and the kitchen garden.
- Animal friendly: pet loving, as pets and animals are central to the home.
About You
- Personable & proactive: sunny can‑do attitude, enjoy interacting with the family and staff.
- Versatile: comfortable plating a refined 3‑course meal or a hearty family meal for an estate.
- Reliable: dependable for consistency and discretion.

Requirements
