A welcoming and well-established school in Bicester is seeking a Premises and Compliance Manager to take ownership of the site, facilities and compliance function. This is a varied and hands-on role where the Premises and Compliance Manager will play a key part in keeping the school safe, well maintained and running efficiently.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bicester, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £32,000 to £35,000. Please note this is a year-round position and is not term time hours.
- Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and upkeep of the school site
- Lead health and safety compliance, ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and followed
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating repairs and improvement works
- Source quotes, organise contractors and oversee projects to completion
- Manage site staff and liaise with external contractors and service providers
- Support ICT provision on site, including basic setup and maintaining equipment records
