We are looking for a dedicated individual to support in the smooth running of a busy operations department. The Operations Administrator role is Bicester based and will be within the office three to four days of the week, with one day a week, driving making nationwide deliveries. As the Operations Administrator you will be working 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday but must be able to offer some flexibility on these hours during peak periods as required. Duties of the Operations Administrator include: * Schedule and coordinate jobs. * Make and confirm travel arrangements for overnight travel. * Ensure fleet vehicles remain are taxed, insured and MOT’d. * Invoice customers. * Maintain and update the CRM. * Respond to and resolve any issues. * Manage internal and external queries and enquiries. * Complete stock checks and reorder as required. * Be the main point of contact for customers and suppliers. * Delivery and collection of fleet vehicles to customer premises. Personal Attributes: * Hold a valid UK drivers’ licence. * IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages. * Be comfortable handling complex situations. * Have strong relationship building skills. * Work well on your own initiative. * Adapt well to varied situations. * Be organised and efficient in your work. The Operations Administrator role offers £25,000-£28,000 per annum dependant on experience, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and good career prospects.
