We are looking for a organised individual to join our client as an Office Administrator. Working to support multiple departments you will be using detail oriented skills to maintain accurate records, manage data bases, set up equipment for new starters, and ensure efficient day to day running of office operations. Based in Kidlington this role will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. Duties of the Office Administrator role: * Complete data entry tasks. * Keep and maintain up to date records. * Provide cover for the purchase ledger position during absence or leave. * Assist with tracking of employee hours and timesheets. * Generate a live client contact list. * Maintain information relating to sickness, holiday and training completion. * Update vehicle and driver databases. * Order office supplies. * Ensure compliance and documentation is complete and recent for ISO. * Manage booking of meeting rooms. Personal Attributes: * Excellent organisational skills. * Strong attention to detail and accurate working. * IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. * Good communication skills both written and verbal. * Experience within a similar Administration role.
