Commercial/Office Division
A new position has become available for an experienced individual to join a growing team as their New Business Executive. The company who are a long-established family run business based near Buckingham, are looking for candidates who have excellent experience in building strong relationships and supporting the company’s business development, increasing new business accounts.
Working hours will consist of 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday. Offering £35,000-£43,000 per annum plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and introduce the company, products and services.
- Tailor calls and promotion for clients depending on established needs.
- Develop and expand product knowledge, being able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate new business and leads for the sales team.
- Use telephone, email and other channels to reach out to potential customers.
- Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure all information is available.
- Work alongside the Marketing team on sales campaigns.
- Use a multimedia approach to research, including, LinkedIn, Google, E-Shots etc.
- Book appointments for new clients with the relevant member of the sales team.
Requirements
- Have experience working in a competitive sales environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Hold strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Be comfortable in negotiation and problem solving.
- Show good adaptability and persistence.
- Display strong computer skills, being confident on Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previously have worked in a fast-paced environment and be able to efficiently meet deadlines and targets.
Offering with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company bonus. This role is an exciting position and will utilise your current skills while developing knowledge and experience.
