A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in the prestigious and picturesque Bicester Village. We are hiring candidates who are flexible and able to work 8 hour shifts on a part time basis. The role will consist of providing a world class experience to guests of the Village on behalf of our clients. There are multiple roles available on an on-going temporary basis.

As a Sales Associate your duties will include:

  • Engage with all customers, to meet set sales targets, to include upselling, link selling products
  • Provide a first class, one to one, luxurious service to all guests, showing knowledge of the brand and of Bicester Village
  • Maintain visual merchandise and housekeeping standards throughout the boutique
  • Strong team ethic and willingness to get involved with all day to day tasks to secure the smooth running of the outlet

As a Sales Associate you must be:

  • A passionate individual who is proactive at approaching customers
  • Experienced working within a luxury retail brand or have a history in retail customer service
  • You must have a natural ability to build relationships with clients from all walks of life
  • You must be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, and be happy working in a close-knit team where everyone is working towards a common goal
