We are recruiting for an enthusiasticKitchen Porter to join our client’s busy kitchen team. You will also be assisting as a Commis Chef. Within this role the additional duties offer the chance for you to learn all aspects of the kitchen. The position will require 4 ½ days a week, Monday to Sunday, with varying hours of 10:00-14:30 or 18:00-21:30 Monday to Saturday and 09:30-16:00/17:00 Sundays. Duties of the Kitchen Porter: Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area. Sanitising and cleaning utensils and equipment. Washing all dishes, pots and pans. Support the kitchen staff with food preparation. Any additionaladhoc tasks as requested. Personal Attributes: Have a passion for food and be keen to learn about cooking processes and operations.
