My client is a leading manufacturer who are seeking to appoint an experienced Hygiene Operative whom will play a vital role in their organisation. This position would be highly suitable for someone who works well within a small team environment and understands the importance of following procedures in a food environment. You must have previous cleaning experience within a similar environment and has a high level of attention to detail. Hours of work will be 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Based in Bicester. Your duties will include as a Hygiene Operative: * Following the required cleaning schedule of all production areas * Complete various stock takes on chemicals and that they are stored correctly * Working as part of a team and following direction of the Supervisor * Cleaning of all surfaces and items to company standards * Ensure that the site hygiene policy is implemented * Complete basic maintenance tasks as required The successful applicant must: * Have a flexible working approach due to the nature of the work * Knowledge of various chemicals and how to safely use them * The ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally * Previous understanding of food hygiene requirements * Able to work at under pressure * COSHH training, is desirable.
