Based in Bicester, our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using Xero. Offering £35,000 per annum.
Duties of the Bookkeeper:
- Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments.
- Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income.
- Process sales, refunds and membership invoices.
- Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed.
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly.
- Support with month end, providing relevant documentation.
Experience:
- Previous bookkeeping skills.
- Experience using Xero is desirable but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident on computers.
