Luxury Brand Retail Division
Based in Bicester, we are recruiting for a new luxury fashion pop‑up. In the role of Supervisor you will be a brand ambassador, supporting the management team in leading the shop floor, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and offering excellent customer service to carry customers through an open‑minded, creative, and indulgent client journey. Working 5 out of 7 days and 40 hours per week. Training is scheduled from the 8th of June, with the planned opening to commence on the 22nd of June 2026. You must be available for the full length of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Cover the shop floor acting as lead, overseeing team performance.
- Manage the team daily, covering management as required.
- Conduct daily team briefs.
- Support and motivate the team, working alongside the sales and stock staff members.
- Help with back‑office admin tasks.
- Lead by example, providing the highest levels of quality and using the brand’s passion and elegance to support your customers through their journey in store.
- Provide the team with feedback to support growth and development.
- Complete stock management and have awareness of inventory levels.
- Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with the brand vision.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working in a luxury retail fashion environment, with emphasis on team supervision.
- Work well within a team, holding key focus on building and developing together and reaching a common goal.
- Experience storytelling, connecting on a deeper level, and giving meaning to each client journey.
- Be a hands‑on leader, supporting the team on the sales floor.
- Good organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
- Excellent critical‑thinking skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
