Our client based in Bicester is looking for a Quality Associate to join their team. Within this position you will be working with the Quality Control team, ensuring compliance, assisting with product inspections and overseeing the change control process. Offering £35,000-£38,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Duties of the Quality Associate:

  • Manage the coordination of the change control process, for manufacturing, design, process and document changes.
  • Responsible for ensuring document management processes are followed.
  • Ensure completion of document reviews, meeting deadlines.
  • Upload and archive documents to the Quality Management System as required.
  • Coordination of local supplier management activities.
  • Oversee release for sale documentation for products made at third party manufacturing locations.
  • Assists with inspection as required.
  • Coordinate non-conformity and CAPA processes, including implementation and effectiveness review for corrective actions.
  • Supports audit preparation and takes part in internal and external audit activities.
  • Any additional duties as requested by leadership.

Personal Attributes:

  • Experience working within a QMS system and ISO 9001.
  • Computer literate, confident on Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Work well within a team but also off your own initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to work to deadlines.
  • Problem solving.
