We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms for a local business established in their field. Supporting the growth of the business, you’ll play a key role in helping bring the brand to life. Based just outside Bicester, the hours of work will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, offering £27,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Designing creative assets for digital, social media, email, website and paid campaigns
- Supporting DTC marketing and e‑commerce growth by creating engaging and creative content
- Creating campaign visuals, digital adverts, retail graphics, POS materials, packaging and print collateral
- Assisting with e‑commerce asset preparation, including retouching images, resizing, formatting, labelling and asset management
- Contributing ideas for campaigns and creative concepts across digital and retail channels
- Working closely with the marketing and e‑commerce teams to deliver cohesive, on‑brand campaigns
- Keeping up to date with design trends, digital content and consumer behaviour
Skills / Experience
- Previous experience within Graphic Design, ideally within retail, lifestyle or e‑commerce
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, campaign and brand creative
- Ability to demonstrate the commercial impact of your work, including growth, sales uplift and brief comparison
- Strong skills in typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of both digital and print design
- Experience creating assets for DTC and e‑commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Experience using AI creative tools within design workflows
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- UI/UX and motion graphics experience are desirable but not required
- Full driver’s licence and access to your own transport due to location
