A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a luxury brand based in Bicester Village. The brand is looking for an operationally minded individual to join their friendly team as a Department Manager. The key focus of this role will be overseeing a specific department within the store working to support your team in meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and providing effective leadership to your department. Consisting of 40 hours a week requiring complete flexibility.
Duties of the Department Manager:
- Drive your team to meet sales targets.
- Ensure your team is providing the highest levels of customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager with recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising.
- Implement promotions and events.
- Review team performance.
- Support the Manager and Assistant Manager with daily briefings.
- Aid with rota creation and store coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment.
- Analyse sales and performance data.
