A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a luxury brand based in Bicester Village. The brand is looking for an operationally minded individual to join their friendly team as a Department Manager. The key focus of this role will be overseeing a specific department within the store working to support your team in meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and providing effective leadership to your department. Consisting of 40 hours a week requiring complete flexibility.

Duties of the Department Manager:

  • Drive your team to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure your team is providing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Assist the Store Manager with recruitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain visual merchandising.
  • Implement promotions and events.
  • Review team performance.
  • Support the Manager and Assistant Manager with daily briefings.
  • Aid with rota creation and store coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment.
  • Analyse sales and performance data.
