Responsibilities
- Input customer orders into the ordering system, ensuring all information is up to date
- Receiving and sorting inbound customer orders ready for processing
- Preparing and shipping outbound mail
- Manage and respond to queries
- Monitor orders and liaise with logistical personnel to ensure delivery times
- Process orders in compliance with Corporate Work Instructions
- Validate customer orders and communicate directly with customers when required
- Scan file customer paperwork
- Cut & Scan impressions for custom device orders
- Create and manage order queries in CRM Salesforce
- Capture customer interactions in CRM Salesforce, including customer complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process orders to meet department quality and productivity targets
- Develop good rapport with customers
Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience ideally from a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and fabulous concentration
- Ability to prioritise and juggle workloads, with a drive to meet and surpass goals
- Logical approach to work, with excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with colleagues globally
- Comfortable sitting at a computer and entering data repeatedly
Benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am β 5pm
Salary: Β£14.10 per hour
6βmonth temporary contract with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
