Do you have leadership experience within a luxury environment? Our client is looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join their team. As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining staff morale, compiling reports and liaising with management alongside supporting the sales team and conducting team briefs.

The hours of work for this position will consist of 5 out of 7 days per week and shifts will be dependent on the needs of the brand and the opening hours of the village, offering full flexibility.

Duties of the Assistant Boutique Manager:
  • Writing reports and liaising with management in relation to sales and performance.
  • Offer product knowledge and training, boosting staff morale.
  • Create rotas and manage holiday.
  • Support with induction of new starters.
  • Offer outstanding levels of customer service, completing sales and building relationships with customers.
  • Work towards sales targets for the store.
  • Attend regular training for product knowledge development.
  • Undertake till functions, cashing up, closing, and taking payments.
  • Carry out stock take and replenishment.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store.
  • Answer queries and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Create a motivated and supportive working environment.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required in order to support as necessary.
