We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our clients team based near Bicester. This varied role will provide essential support across both administrative and finance functions, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will conduct duties to include credit control and supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks. Offering £30,000 per annum this is an office-based role working 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Admin and Accounts Assistant:
- Be responsible for the admin within the office.
- Answering incoming calls being the first port of call.
- Meet and greet all visitors.
- File and scan documents.
- Receive incoming post.
- Raise and collate invoices.
- Credit control.
- Various ad hoc support as required.
Experience:
- Comfortable working on Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Also using a bespoke software with training provided.
- Experience within an administration and credit control position.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Work well on your own initiative being able to multitask successfully.
