We are looking for an individual with experience managing a team to join our client based in Marlow as a Goods In Supervisor.
Joining a dynamic business, you will be leading a team of 7 warehouse operatives, working to provide outstanding service for clients and stand out from competition.
Based in Marlow you will be working 40 hours per week, starting at 6am but you must be able to offer flexibility on this, offering £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
Duties of the
Goods
Supervisor: Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
Unload incoming deliveries using a forklift.
Put away stock in correct locations.
Focus on the team while providing hands on support.
Complete goods in paperwork.
Load vehicles.
Operate daily checks on vehicles and forklifts as required.
Work towards targets and maintain stock accuracy.
Skills and
Experience: Able to demonstrate good leaderships skills.
Basic computer skills, training will be provided for the bespoke system.
Must have a previous or current forklift licence for Counterbalance, Reach or LLOP.
Experience within goods in.
Motivating outlook to support the team in reaching targets.
Work to high standards, maintaining a customer focused attitude.
The company also offers a discretionary bonus based upon performance and after 12 months you are entitled to dividends paid twice yearly.
