We are looking for a temporary administrator to join our client on a temporary basis.
Paying £13.00 per hour and based in Bicester they are looking for someone to join their team and support the day to day running of the business.
Working for a minimum of 4 weeks and potentially resulting in permanent position.
Duties
- Answering calls and emails
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Processing paperwork, reports and incoming post
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries
- Generate reports
- Liaise with suppliers
- Retaxing of vehicles and adhoc vehicle administration.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Reliable and proactive approach
