About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support a global end client in the UK. The consultant will play a key role in implementing changes to the existing SAP HCM solution, with a focus on UK payroll and compliance with local tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and support of SAP HCM Payroll (UK).
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including taxation and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional expertise.
- Design, test, and implement payroll system changes and enhancements.
- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support on payroll issues.
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation for business teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proven expertise in UK payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax and NI regulations.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
