Location – Guildford/London

Job type – Full-Time

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week)

Contract type – Permanent

Hybrid working – typically requiring Two office days, subject to client commitments

The Role is principally to support our UK inbound and outbound relocating population with destination services including home search, orientation, settling in and departure assistance. The Bespoke Executive Property Lead will work closely with our Relocation Managers to ensure the end-to-end move is seamless and the extensive knowledge and presence in the UK housing market will be a critical advantage for our Executive Tier population.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • UK Home searches (mostly in London for K2 Bespoke Clients)
  • Responsible for:
    • Capturing client requirements / briefing calls
    • Researching the market for properties
    • Creating a property tour
    • Accompanying clients through the property tour
    • Support the Bespoke Relocation Manager with securing the property and all associated administration
  • UK DSP support - using your expertise to support the team with:
    • Tenancy Agreement review and negotiation as necessary
    • Departure services – supporting the Bespoke Relocation Managers
    • Notice to agent/ Landlord
    • Supporting check-out administration
    • Deposit return negotiation
    • Tenancy Management/ queries from on assignment population
    • On-site support
  • Shipment packing/delivery oversight, this can be in the UK or in Europe (occasional)
  • Receiving rental furniture
  • Media installations
  • Other on-site support
  • Support with identifying new Destination Services initiatives
  • Service innovation and efficiencies

Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge – all essential

  • Experience in a property related discipline e.g. UK Property Management or Estate Agent Lettings
  • Understanding of UK Rental Process
  • Knowledge of the London Lettings and Sales property market
  • Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively face to face or in writing and able to adapt your communication style relevant to the level.
  • Possess emotional intelligence
  • Ability to build trust and respect from team members and key stakeholders
  • Effective organisation and delegation skills. Forward planning and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive objectives
  • Ability to solve problems and pro-actively address potential issues
  • Ability to make decisions that are beneficial for the team and business
  • Commercial awareness. Ability and knowledge of having difficult conversations in a professional manner
  • Ability to listen to others whether it be management, team members or key stakeholders and take in feedback, ideas and be open to other paths of achieving the same result
  • Open to constructive criticism for the benefit of the collective goal
  • Demonstrate the ability to be an exemplary team player, not just to key stakeholders but to the team and the wider K2 family.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, with experience producing, editing, and managing professional documents

Essential:

  • Hold a valid, in date driving licence that allows you to legally drive in the UK
  • Access to your own motorised vehicle/transport
