Mechanic – Birmingham, UK

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform opening track and kart repairs and performance checks.
2. Maintain kart performance throughout the day.
3. Maintain track and facility appearance and functionality.
4. Keep accurate documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects.
5. Responsibly maintain supply of tools and machinery.
6. Respond to emergency situations as they arise.
7. Ensure that the pit, kart shop, and track areas remain clean and safe.
8. Assist the track crew with track operations in limited situations.
9. Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.
10. Perform closing duties to secure the pit and track and prepare for the following day’s operation.
11. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Job Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
