I'm working with a Trend biased BMS specialist who seeks a BMS Service skill set to work in the Worcester & Kidderminster areas predominantly carrying out BMS PPM visits. My client has a solid structure and genuine opportunities to work towards promotion & develop new skill sets within the BEMS field. The Director's are keen to speak with BMS Service Engineers that are comfortable completing BMS PPM visits & breakdowns, all my client sites have Trend products on them. The BMS Service Engineer would be working in various public and commercial premises.
The BMS Service Engineer will have Trend product experience which should include a mixture of 963 or IQvision (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5 too). Trend training would be an advantage for this role and being electrically biased & competent would be essential (18th edition or an electrical apprenticeship desired).
Responsibilities- Carry out BMS preventive maintenance (PPM) visits and breakdowns in public and commercial premises.
- Work with Trend Products 963, IQvision, IQ3, IQ4, IQ5 on-site.
- Provide on-site assistance and maintenance, and develop new skill sets within the BEMS field.
- Accept additional responsibilities on site and with end clients, and receive periodic training and development on new products and technologies.
- Experience with Trend products, 963 or IQvision (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5).
- Electrical bias and competence – 18th edition or electrical apprenticeship preferred.
- Comfortable completing BMS preventive maintenance visits and breakdowns.
- £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on product knowledge and skill set.
