Join my client’s growing BMS projects team in the North West region. We are keen to speak to BMS Commissioning Engineers who have trained and hold formal product certification with Trend or Tridium (IQ Vision, IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, SET, 963, N4, AX for example). The BMS Commissioning Engineer is a natural problem solver with a shared passion for delivering project solutions within the BMS industry. You will work independently and, depending on project size, sometimes within a team. Your primary focus will be on Trend or Tridium projects, mainly commercial premises. You will take projects from installation through to commissioning, testing and client handover.
Responsibilities
- Commission and test BMS systems on Trend or Tridium platforms.
- Integrate BMS with Modbus or BACnet compatible systems.
- Work with project teams to ensure successful BMS installation and handover.
- Identify and troubleshoot BMS system issues during commissioning.
Qualifications
- Formal product certification with Trend or Tridium.
- Experience commissioning BMS systems, preferably commercial premises.
- Proficiency with Modbus or BACnet integration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
Compensation
- £45,000 – £58,000 per annum
- Company car or allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
