BMS Service Engineer – Halesowen

I\’m working with a Trend‑biased BMS specialist who seeks a BMS Service skill set to work in the Halesowen & Kidderminster areas, predominately carrying out BMS PPM visits. My client has a solid structure and genuine opportunities to work towards promotion and develop new skill sets within the BEMS field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out BMS preventive maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Handle BMS breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Work on various public and commercial premises.
• Maintain and support all client sites that have Trend products.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trend products, including 963 or IQvision (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5).
• Electrical bias and competency – 18th edition of the Electrical Code or an electrical apprenticeship is desired.
• Comfortable completing BMS PPM visits and breakdowns.

Compensation & Benefits

• £40,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on product knowledge and skill set.
