BMS Engineer – Static Sites – Hertfordshire & West London
We are seeking a BMS Engineer to cover two key data centre clients for K10 Consulting, LLC. The role requires proficiency with Tridium & Trend BMS products (IQvision, N4, IQ3, IQ4, SET, etc.). Responsibilities include reactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, energy reduction solutions, and small works projects.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs), and coordinating with subcontractors. Development and formal training on Tridium (N4 certificate) will be provided for candidates with a solid background with Trend systems.
- Basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 per annum.
