The Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is looking for a Site Management Apprentice in the Thames Valley (Reading / Oxford) area. This bespoke apprenticeship programme, sponsored by Thames Water, addresses the skills gaps within their supply chain. The scheme features a compulsory industry rotation to enable apprentices to gain experience in different environments and boost their chances of further employment in the sector.

Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. Their duties will be shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team on site progress, risks, and issues.

Duties typically include:
