Join K10 Apprenticeships Limited as a Business Administration Apprentice in Hackney. This 18‐21 month apprenticeship combines on‐the‐job training with a Level 3 Business Administration course funded by our partner college.
About the Role
As an apprentice you will work alongside experienced staff in a construction‐focused environment. Key duties include:
- Using content management systems to maintain internal databases
- Organising, storing and managing paperwork, documents and digital information
- Developing and maintaining office systems and processes
- Booking rooms, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Managing and maintaining budgets and invoicing
- Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
- Ordering and maintaining stationery, equipment and supplies
- Sorting, distributing and sending post (incoming and outgoing)
- Photocopying, printing and producing documents with Microsoft Office suite
- Organising and delivering site inductions and collecting health & safety documentation
Typical working pattern is 40 hours per week, starting between 07:00 and 08:00, including 8 paid hours at college.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills Level 1 or above

Training and College Support
K10 will enrol you into the Level 3 Business Administration course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.

- Live in England for the last 3 years and have right to work status
- Not enrolled in any other courses
- Minimum age 18 (due to site health & safety rules)
- Reside in the London Borough of Hackney
