K&W Healthcare across West PCN is seeking an experienced General Practice Nurse. This self-employed role offers an hourly rate of £20-£30, up to 37.5 hours per week, and flexible patterns in designated GP practices across West PCN.
You will work closely with GPs and the wider practice team to deliver patient-centred care, long-term condition reviews, vaccinations, cervical screening, wound care and safe medicines management, in line with NMC registration.
