Experienced Composite Trim & Fitters required for a short-term contract, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.

We are an independent manufacturer of high-performance composite and GRP products, delivering pattern work, tooling, and finished components to some of the world's most demanding industries including Formula One, automotive, aerospace, marine, rail, and advanced engineering.

Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are looking for experienced Composite Trim & Fitters to join our skilled production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced and highly professional manufacturing environment.

The Role: As a Composite Trim & Fitter, you will be responsible for producing high-quality composite components to exacting standards, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand trimming and preparation of composite components
  • Bonding and fitting of components using adhesives and fixtures
  • Finishing components prior to final inspection
  • Working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining high levels of quality
