Medical & Early Access Consultant UK (M/F/D) — 8h/week, Remote (UK), 6-month Freelance project.
Shape early access strategy where it matters most: at the point where patients, clinicians, and evidence meet regulatory and market realities. This is one of those rare roles where a few hours of the right expertise can change the trajectory of access. As our Medical & Early Access Consultant (UK), you'll help design and unlock early access pathways—bringing together UK regulatory realities, market access/pricing know-how, and meaningful KOL relationships to make innovative care reachable sooner.
What you'll do:
- Advise on UK early market access — what's feasible, what's risky, what unlocks access.
- Build and sharpen KOL mapping & development so the right clinicians are engaged in the right way.
- Identify early access pathways for clinicians/patients and help turn them into actionable options.
What we're looking for:
- A holistic early access profile—you can think strategically and also translate into operational steps (medical + regulatory + pricing/access).
- Ideally medical background and an existing (or demonstrably buildable) network with relevant oncologists.
- Strong communicator who collaborates naturally with clinicians and earns trust quickly.
- Startup/biotech mindset is a plus: pragmatic, fast, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Requirements:
- Start: asap
- Duration: 6 months
- Capacity: ~8 hours/week
- Location: remote (UK)
