Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is looking for a Korean speaking Loan Officer who will be responsible for the assistant function of the bank's loan business. The post holder is also expected to prepare various statistical reports requested for supervisory purposes from HQ.
- Loan Operations Support - Collect and review KYC and credit information for new counterparties - Support loan approval, documentation, execution, and disbursement processes - Manage and organize original loan-related documents - Create and maintain transaction files in the ABIS system
- Agency Role Execution - Review finance and security documents as Facility or Security Agent - Monitor conditions precedent/subsequent, covenants, and borrower obligations - Notify borrowers of interest, principal, and fee payments - Coordinate fund transfers between borrowers and lenders - Manage project accounts and ensure accurate documentation in line with agency agreements
