About K-OS VISUALS

KV is a video-first GTM creative agency built for B2B Saa S and AI companies.

Our mission: make brand-driven growth the standard in Saa S - not the exception.

We build Video-Led GTM Engines, a structured system that turns brand into pipeline, so every piece of content works as hard as the sales team.

Six years in. 150+ B2B Saa S brands.

Seven countries.

Seven figures in pipeline.

Three companies taken to acquisition.

Brands like Santander, Clearco, Access, Duetto, Planday, Paytently and Ringover - and counting.

The Role

We're not looking for someone who's already done this at scale.

We're looking for someone with the right instincts, the hunger to learn, and the commercial drive to grow fast.

You'll be supported by the founder at every stage - sitting in on live deals, learning how we pitch and close, and building your own pipeline with the full system behind you, and take on increasing ownership of pipeline and closing as you prove yourself.

The salary reflects where you're starting.

The commission reflects where you're going.

You'll build real relationships with founders, CMOs and CROs at fast-moving Saa S and AI companies and convert them into long-term partners.

You'll step into a business with systems, tools, sequences and processes already built - your job is to run them, sharpen them and grow through them.

The work you'll be selling isn't generic.

You'll be pitching brand films, creative campaigns and video-led GTM systems to some of the fastest-growing Saa S and AI companies in Europe and the US.

The better you close, the more interesting the projects get - and the more directly your work shapes how these companies show up in their market.

If you want to sell something you're genuinely proud of, this is it.

  • Running & building out our existing outbound engine - refined across 150+ clients

  • Building your personal brand in the GTM and Saa S space - encouraged, not optional
  • The Commission

Retainers

  • 10% on close + 5% residual for months 2-12
  • One retained client = thousands in residuals over 12 months

Projects

  • Tiered between 3-5% depending on deal size
  • Projects range from £25,000 to £150,000+

Your commission will likely exceed your base salary in year one.
