The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are supporting the search for a Senior Soft Service Professional who holds proven experience in delivering quality services to high standards. This key position will manage newly appointed, outsourced service partners to deliver all soft services across the estate which include cleaning, security, landscaping, window cleaning, and service yard areas.

Candidates will hold proven experience in the delivery of high value contracts with key areas that include:

  • Lead & manage motivated teams to provide high end services, driving continuous improvements
  • Driving a 'one team' ethos
  • Setting & management across complex budgets
  • Working closely with all site teams including security, health & safety & technical services
  • Develop & implement operational strategies
  • Proactively be the point of contact for occupiers
  • Ensuring full compliance across all areas
  • Driving best practice across all areas
  • Managing & motivating the Assistant Operations Manager
  • Taking on call duties & dealing with emergency responses

Candidates will hold proven experience across high end, complex contract management delivery, along with H&S (ideally NEBOSH accreditation) & incident management experience.
