I am supporting a fantastic opportunity for a proven Shopping Centre Manager and/or Retail Professional to continue the success within a leading Shopping Centre. This key position will head up & oversee all aspects of delivery for the scheme, key areas include:
- Stakeholder & Landlord Engagement and communication
- Full Contract Management delivery ensuring a high level of standards in all areas (security, cleaning & maintenance)
- Delivery of proactive Retailer engagement, communication and support, working with the traders association
- Service charge budget management and reporting
- Ensuring full site compliance and H&S delivery
- Working closely with the Property Manager on Retail Mix and returns
- Data management on sales, footfall, dwell and trends
- Maximizing Marketing and Commercialisation opportunities
- Working as part of the BID Committee
This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a successful scheme and to be a part of its future. Candidates will hold either Shopping Centre or Senior Retail Management experience, with financial, H&S and contract management exposure. Ideally holding IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
