Weekly shift-based rota between 8am-7pm

KHR is working with a fantastic client in the Sevenoaks area who are looking to expand their Collections team. If you have previous experience in Collections or Claims Handling, and looking to work for a great company, then this is the role for you!
Duties include:
- Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties
- Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
- Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensuring customers are satisfied at every stage
- Ensure all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in collections or claims handling is desirable
- Great customer service skills
- Resilient and compassionate
- Background in financial services/insurance/call centre is useful
- IT proficient
