We are in search of an experienced, dedicated, and reliable Roofing & Cladding Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of our commercial projects to a high standard. In this role, you will manage the site labour, program of works and the standard of work completed to ensure a smooth and efficient project.

About the role:
As one of our Contract Managers you will be responsible for various tasks such as Site preparation, Health and Safety, following a program of works, customer interaction, cost control and supporting the Directors for all site wide works. Your keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring every project operates smoothly and efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should have proven site experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as the usual and relevant Site Management Qualifications.
Once you’re fully up to speed, you’ll be responsible for:
Following and delivering each project to the program.
️ Ensuring all Health and Safety policies are followed on site.
Ensuring all works are delivered to an excellent standard.
Organisation and preparation of documents, materials, and project delivery tasks.
Answering phone calls and emails from suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensuring that our internal records, costs and paperwork are accurate and up to date.
Collaborating with our skilled workforce to get things done the right way, first time.
Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting solutions to streamline operations
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Contract Manager within the roofing and cladding industry.
Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be proactive and resourceful in problem-solving
Have a strong work ethic and be a team player
