Job Overview
Position: Master Technician - Diagnostic Specialist
Location: Kings Lynn, Hardwick Industrial Estate
Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fault-finding and diagnostic work on all makes and models.
- Support less-experienced team members and provide guidance.
- Report to the Company Manager daily and take direction from the Workshop Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, assisting with workshop tidiness.
- Share technical knowledge with the service team to aid quoting.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in a workshop.
- Fully qualified technician with excellent diagnostic skills.
- Strong problem-solving obsession and commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical details to colleagues and customers.
- Passion for perfection β aim to find faults on first attempt.
- Reliability, hard-working, team-player attitude.
