A unique, independently-owned boutique hotel where visitors to Bath migrate. With 29 individually-designed rooms, many offering views over the famous Recreation Ground, Bath Abbey and beyond. The hotel is a gentle stroll from the heart of the city and the perfect spot in which to relax and feel at home.
No accommodation offered. Parking onsite. Shifts - 5 over 7 days. Kitchen consists of 5-6 chefs; it is not a loud kitchen but has lots of comradery.
The Head Chef likes input and ideas from the team, supports creativity and autonomy in the role, and encourages chefs to bring ideas and test out options for menus.
Covers over Christmas and summer can be 150 or higher, but usually around 50. There are lots of small events, both private and corporate. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea, with menu changes often during the slow season.
