My client, a luxury property in Hertfordshire, is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £50,000
Shifts & Days: Rostered based on business demand. Some days may require only 2-3 hours rather than a full 8-hour shift due to the nature of a new business.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have strong bakery skills and be capable of running the kitchen independently in the absence of the Head Chef.
