We are currently looking for a sommelier to join our team. Ideally, this candidate is currently working as a Junior Sommelier and looking to step up or a strong section waiter with good knowledge & passion for wine who wants to learn more.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude
  • A passion for wine and for the hospitality
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • WSET Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in a London restaurant

Salary: £26,000 p.a. including tronc

Normal rota would consist of 3 double shifts (11am-11pm), 1 AM shift (10am-6pm) and one PM shift (4pm-close).
