My client is looking for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience in facilities management, hotel operations, or a similar quality operation. Someone with advanced knowledge of building management/engineering and a qualification in an engineering field is ideal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a team of three and all maintenance issues within the hotel, performing maintenance checks, and overseeing the engineering team to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will manage renovation projects, develop emergency programmes, and take on special projects as assigned.
Working hours: Currently 4 on, 4 off, 12h, 7am to 7pm.
