A Ski Sales Consultant is required to join a leading winter-sports tour operator and travel agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced sales team within a fast-growing luxury travel company based in a fantastic office in south-west London. As a Ski Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain a relationship with clients through focused account management. Using your sales skills and experience, you will convert enquiries into bookings making sure that agreed targets are achieved whilst maintaining the company’s high standard of unparalleled service. It’s important you are a keen skier who’s passionate about the mountains and looking for an exciting new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries into sales by tailoring a package specific to the client’s requirements
  • Using expert knowledge of the ski industry to recommend a holiday package for clients
  • Attempting to close the sale at every opportunity
  • Actively seek to improve the level of service offered to clients with a commitment to go the extra mile and exceed expectations
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance targets against KPIs including call conversion and margin targets
  • Take ownership and accountability of your work ensuring 100% booking accuracy
  • Develop and increase knowledge of products across the company
  • Demonstrate willingness and flexibility to assist other departments with customer queries
  • Outbound calls to existing clients to maintain Account Manager relations
  • Manage your sales pipeline and bookings using our CRM and reservation systems

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in ski sales/tailor made ski sales
  • Proven record of working in a target driven sales environment
  • Highly sales motivated

The successful Ski Sales Consultant will have excellent verbal and written communications skills and someone who builds strong trusting relationships with clients. Ability to work under pressure to handle targets with a strong sense of urgency.
